Dynamic matching for mentees to select a mentor. Mentor profiles help the mentee find the right person for them. Alternative matching styles are also available

Guided program giving goals and training for the mentor to help the mentee grow. Focused on preparing mentees for their career and giving mentors leadership experience
Events
Invite special speakers or help direct special events for your program. These events help bring all participants together and expand networks and skills

Going through college, it felt like a maze to find the right path. Now, talking to students, a lot of them seem just as lost as we once were. We want to provide a better way to help guide students. Let schools do what they do best, and let us help students focus on their career preparation
